Know what to reorder.
Without another monthly app.
Drop the CSV exports you already get from Shopify. In seconds you see which SKUs run out first, how many units to order and how much cash sits in dead stock. One-time $29.
Open the tool or see it with a demo store
No install, no store access, no login. Your files are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Reorder list
Per SKU: sales per week, days of cover, expected stock-out date and a suggested order quantity based on your lead time, safety buffer and pack size.
Dead stock and overstock
Every SKU with stock and no sale in 90 days, plus items with more than six months of cover. With unit costs: the money tied up.
Excel you can work with
Download the full report as an Excel file with filters: reorder sheet, all SKUs, dead stock, and the settings used. Send it to your supplier or your team.
Three files you already have
- Orders: Shopify admin → Orders → Export → all orders, CSV for Excel.
- Inventory: Products → Inventory → Export. Multiple locations are summed up.
- Products (optional): Products → Export. Adds unit costs for order and dead stock values.
Drop them into the tool. That is the whole setup. Next week, export again and drop again.
Why not an app?
Stocky is gone
Shopify retired its free Stocky app. Most replacements are subscriptions from $49 to $99 per month, built for purchase-order workflows you may not need.
No access to your store
Nothing to install, no permissions to grant, nothing is written to your store. You keep full control of what you order.
Pay once
$29 one-time, including 12 months of updates. Use it every week. The free preview shows your top 10 SKUs.
Questions
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The files are read by your browser and the report is calculated on your computer. Only the licence key check talks to a server.
How is the order quantity calculated?
Sales rate (blend of last 30 and 90 days, cancelled orders excluded) × (lead time + safety buffer + cover period), minus available and incoming stock, rounded up to your pack size. All formulas are listed in the Excel file.
Which stores does it suit?
Shopify stores with roughly 20 to 2,000 SKUs that plan purchasing in a spreadsheet today. If you need purchase orders, supplier portals or forecasting with seasonality, a dedicated inventory app is the better choice.
